Questionnaire: May 30, 2005

1. Are you a yarn snob (do you prefer higher quality and/or natural fibers)? Do you avoid Red Heart and Lion Brand? Or is it all the same to you?

Depending on what I’m working on and who it’s for, I enjoy using a variety, but I LOVE the finer, more natural and higher quality yarns. I especially like the smell of those yarns.

2. Do you spin/crochet?

No, but I want to learn to crochet because there are so many beautiful patterns I’ve seen that are crocheted. No interest in spinning

3. Do you have any allergies? (Smoke, pets, fibers, perfumes, etc.)

I can’t tolerate smoke. I maxed out on the aroma after two decades of living in a chain smoking householdLL Not crazy about perfumes either unless they’re “herby/citrus-like”.

46 years, on and off (mostly off due to raising a family of six kids and home schooling them and working full time in the hospital emergency department!!!!!

I like soothing instrumental music. Don’t know what an MP3 is????

I’m always attracted to the muted colors; heathers, magentas, rose pinks, lavenders, eggplant, blues, especially turquoise, country blue, cobalt, burgundies, and multi-colored. I’m not fond of oranges, greens, yellows and golds, or stark reds.

11. What is your family situation? Do you have any pets?

I’m married, have a disabled 34 year old single son living at home at the present time, plus one single daughter in Florida, and three other married sons and a married daughter not living nearby.
